The development of fully engineered modular systems for the production and delivery of a wide range medium rise residential apartment buildings to suit the context, location and projects. The scope included developing efficient and flexible solutions in tandem with the development of the factory production system.
With generous corridors flooded with natural light to the provision of lifts, stairs and communal areas as well as fully offsite facade, roof and MEP distribution solutions.
The residential system delivers warm, bright and efficient spaces and offers all of the benefits of manufacturing led quality control across the project.
