We are a multi-disciplinary design consultancy founded in 2012. The studio seeks to provide industry leading creative design solutions utilising integrated design and digital leadership.

We offer design consultancy services on all project types and sizes ranging from residential developments to historic building restoration and from master planning to Design for Manufacture and Assembly projects. Jim founded JM Design Studio Ltd in 2012.
He is a Chartered Architect and Design Director with industry-leading expertise in offsite construction and modern methods of construction. Jim passionately believes in creating digitally enabled, thriving communities and balancing efforts to deliver successful.

Tim Ryan

DIRECTOR

Tim has led and supported multi-disciplinary design teams in offsite solutions for approximately 18 years, covering design, logistics, programme, sequence, and delivery.
He has worked on projects of differing scales and requirements, for an enormous range of
clients. From the design of components, to the developing of programme wide Strategies,
with focus on delivery with Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), at their core.

Paula Secco

PROJECT ARCHITECT

Paula is an experienced architect specialising in project design, development, BIM documentation, and project management. She is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and enjoys the journey with them and the team.

Mariano Casanova

ARCHITECT

Mariano is a qualified architect and BIM modeller.
He teaches architecture part-time and enjoys mentoring others. He believes in the value of delivering digital excellence into project workflows using a range of tools and software solutions.

Melisa Berdion

ARCHITECT

Melisa has experience in all project stages, specialising in BIM modelling and documentation. She is passionate about detail and accuracy, both in documentation and in the production of visualisations and renders. She enjoys learning new hobbies such as sewing and tattooing.

Paola Márquez Rosales

ARCHITECT

Paola is an experienced Architect and Interior Designer with credentials as a WELL AP and LEED Green Associate. She is passionate about designing unique, sustainable spaces that prioritise well-being and improve the quality of life for people around the world. With a deep commitment to creating environments that foster health, comfort, and vitality, Paola strives to make a positive impact through thoughtful, people-centered design.

Franco Siverino

BIM MODELLER

Franco is an architect, urbanist, and BIM modelling lead who enjoys creating experiential models for clients to explore spatial options. He is enthusiastic about architecture, design, and urbanism. He enjoys travelling, spending time in nature, and socialising with friends.

Lucila Feas Matej

ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT

Lucila is a young architect who enjoys working as part of a team to design spaces that carefully balance form and function. She is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where she is a planning, design, and project leader in a holding company.
