The residential portion of Europe’s biggest town centre regeneration programme consisting of 3-6 storey town houses, cluster flats and apartments.
The fully modular scheme centred on the creation of a thriving community with well-connected public open spaces. The design seeks to promote social interaction and the creation of healthy living within the Science Central development.
