Manchester Airport

A technical review and constructability role to ensure design alignment across the programme of works. A slipping programme twinning with design and delivery challenges to this airside development required the identification of a number of opportunities to reduce risks, simplify the delivery and accelerate.

This role included producing a 4D model of the airport construction sequence and reworking various aspects of temporary works.

The design of the node stairs was reworked to allow them to act as temporary works towers to support the cladding panels during construction unlocking valuable space on site.
